At YinzerShop, we want you to love your gear as much as a game day at the stadium, but if something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
